What to Expect

Welcome to First Baptist church of Othello.  We are a small rural church in the heart of the Columbia Basin in Eastern Washington.  Our roots in agriculture allow us to see what God can do with something as small as a seed.  A small seed used by God can feed many.  A small church such as First Baptist, when used by God, also has the ability to feed the many of Othello. 

At First Baptist, we enjoy a causal atmosphere.  One dressed in jeans and a t-shirt will feel as welcomed and comfortable as one dressed in a suit and tie.  Our diversity in dress extends into our style of worship.  We sing a vast array of music from Psalms and hymns to praise music.  Although many translations of the Bible are used by our members, ESV and the LSB are used from the pulpit.
